3. Account and Registration

• You may use the Free tier without registration (limited to 3 conversions)
• Paid subscriptions require providing a valid email address
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
• One account per user; multiple accounts may be terminated

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

• Limited to 3 conversions
• Basic conversion features only
• No commercial use

4.2 Pro Plan ($49/month)

• Unlimited conversions
• All premium features (testing, compilation, auto-fix, batch processing)
• Priority support
• Commercial use allowed

4.3 Enterprise Plan ($149/month)

• All Pro features
• Dedicated support
• Custom integrations
• Team collaboration features

4.4 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed via cryptocurrency through NOWPayments
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Prices are displayed in USD and converted to cryptocurrency at checkout
• Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the platform
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service without permission
• Use the Service for illegal activities or fraud
• Share Pro/Enterprise account access with unauthorized users
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Upload code you do not have rights to convert
• Resell or redistribute our conversion services

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Your Code

You retain all rights to the code you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a temporary license to process, convert, and analyze your code solely to provide the Service.

6.2 Our Platform

All platform code, algorithms, UI/UX, branding, and proprietary conversion logic are owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them.

6.3 Converted Code

The converted code output is yours to use. However, the conversion algorithms and processes used to generate it remain our intellectual property.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1 No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy of code conversion
• That converted code will be error-free or bug-free
• That the Service will be uninterrupted or secure
• That converted code will perform identically to the original

7.2 Testing Responsibility

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TESTING ALL CONVERTED CODE in a demo environment before using it in live trading. We are not liable for any trading losses, damages, or issues resulting from the use of converted code.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Trading losses or financial damages
• Data loss or corruption
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

8. Refund Policy

• Cryptocurrency Payments: Non-refundable once confirmed on blockchain
• Technical Issues: If the Service fails to deliver, contact support for resolution
• Billing Errors: Report within 30 days for investigation
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime; no prorated refunds for partial months

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

• For violation of these Terms
• For fraudulent or abusive behavior
• For non-payment of subscription fees
• If required by law

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
